WHAT DOES IT DO?

The GTA400 Precision Farming package builds on existing farm details and crop data by enabling such information as soil sampling results, sensed crop nitrogen, as-applied inputs and management zones to be imported and interpreted. Input application maps can be created directly from a themed map layer for any point data or they can be produced by hand-drawing, using background layers as a visual guide.

Access to all areas of the GTA software suite means users can build a powerful and intuitive database that is precisely tailored to their businesses and the different enterprises within them. As a result, only one simple system needs to be learned – at the user’s own pace – as all components use the existing Farm and Resource database structure in the software.

The easy-to-understand layout of the software screen provides a comprehensive overview of all the essential information in one glance. This layout is common to all levels of the GTA system, simplifying the learning process considerably and cutting down on the time necessary to acquire new skills. Many tasks can be completed with just one or two clicks of the mouse button, with additional automation applied when new details on essential job information are required.
