  SOFTWARE COMPONENTS

GTA200 Record Keeping is divided into three main working windows:-

Farm and Resource Manager
This window allows the allocation of specific information to individual farms and fields, enabling the user to store and organise all of the working data generated by the machine, which, in turn, speeds up and simplifies essential tasks, such as costing and invoicing.

Job Manager
Comprehensive details of every job planned and completed are stored within the Job Manager window, permitting greater control over the management of work in progress and priorities. As the system can store data on such a large number of jobs, a filter function enables the isolation of those jobs or groups of jobs pertinent to the relevant time period or other operational criteria.

Job Summary
The third window provides a quick and accurate overview of the information stored within a job name, including start and stop times, engine hours, operator hours and area covered. It also provides access to the most up-to-date data on a particular machine.

And remember…
The system’s compatibility with the current Fieldstar Terminal means that existing stored data can still be utilised.
