FARM AND RESOURCE MANAGER – track the cost and performance of machines, operators and inputs. The Farm Manager window allows the allocation of specific information to individual farms and fields, enabling the user to store and organise all the working data generated by the machine, which, in turn, speeds and simplifies crucial business functions, such as costing and invoicing. Resource Manager facilitates the creation of comprehensive records of all equipment, including charge per hour or acre, hours to next service and even a photograph of the machine for identification purposes. The names, costs per hour and contact details of operators can also be defined. The supplies tab within this window enables the user to specify all the products used, along with their cost, together with any special information regarding chemical or fertiliser inputs, providing traceability and excellent monitoring of costs etc.
